A Gift from the Quiet Hours
For years, I prayed and asked God for wisdom. And I made a promise:
If You give me the words that need to be shared, I will not keep them to myself.
The words came quietly and softly, in the early morning hours before the world woke up. Spirit would speak, and I would listen. Often, I’d rise from bed, scribble them down, and drift back to sleep. Only later, with clearer eyes, would I read what had been given. Each message carried with it a deep sense of peace… and love.
These writings are part of that sacred promise.
I now offer them to you as free downloads—heartfelt reflections and whispers from the Divine. Whether you keep them close or feel called to share them, trust that they will find the soul who needs them most.
May they bring you comfort, clarity, and connection.
From my heart to yours.
The Storm of Life
A Poem by Tracy Frederick
This heartfelt poem is a reflection on the pain of personal tragedy and the quiet, powerful journey of healing. The Storm of Life speaks to the resilience of the human spirit—how we are broken, scarred, and stripped bare, only to discover that new growth and divine strength rise from our deepest wounds. It’s a tribute to those who have weathered life’s storms especially grief and found beauty on the other side.
I find it especially comforting to include in a sympathy card or a note of encouragement for someone walking through a difficult season.

Connecting with Jesus Through Friendship and Conversation
By Tracy Frederick
This heartfelt book invites you into a personal relationship with Jesus not through formality or ritual, but through the simplicity of friendship. Meet My Friend Jesus shows how Jesus is always near, ready to listen, comfort, and walk beside you—just like a true friend.
When you speak with Him openly and honestly, you begin to experience a new kind of freedom—the freedom to be yourself, to express what’s on your heart, and to ask boldly for what you need or desire.
